windows live messenger icons:
to install, simply
1.) right click and select "save-as"
2.) save the picture somewhere that you'll remember it
3.) open msn messenger
4.) click on the tools option at the top and then click change picture
5.) open the folder you selected to save your picture and double click it, you're done!

aim icons:
to install, simply click on the one you want to use and it should automatically add it as your default picture. make sure you are signed on aim first
